摘要
湖北省高职院校积极探索实训基地运作模式和运行机制，加大实训基地建设力度。创新校企合作方式，培养了大批技能型人才。但总体来看，实训基地建设和校企合作发展还不平衡，资源紧张、投入不足的矛盾比较突出，尤其是校企合作还不能适应人才培养需要。为此，需要调整政策导向，调整专业结构，加大统筹协调力度，增设基地建设专项经费。
Higher vocational schools in Hubei province actively explored operating mode and mechanism of training base, intensified the construction of training base, and innovated the way of school-enterprise cooperation, which nurtured a large number of skilled personnel. But on the whole, the construction of training base and the development of school-enterprise was unbalance, the problem of resource constraint and insufficient investment was prominent, especially school-enterprise cooperation can not meet the need for personnel cultivation. Therefore, higher vocational schools should adjust policy orientation, readjust structure of specialty, intensify comprehensive coordination, and increase special funds for the construction of training base.
