摘要
在溶胶-凝胶法制备ZnO薄膜的过程中掺入Ag,通过XRD、AFM和UV-Vis吸收光谱对该薄膜进行了表征。研究了掺Ag对ZnO薄膜光催化降解苯酚性能的影响。结果表明,ZnO薄膜掺入Ag之后,增强了薄膜的光吸收能力,而且使薄膜的紫外线吸收边出现了红移。适量Ag的掺入有利于ZnO薄膜光催化效率的提高。制备薄膜时醋酸锌与AgNO3的摩尔比为30∶1的ZnO∶Ag样品光催化效果最佳,其3 h光催化苯酚降解率是改性前的1.47倍。
Ag-doped ZnO films,grown by sol-gel,were characterized with diffraction(XRD),atomic force microscopy(AFM),ultra-violet visible (UV-Vis)spectrosopy to understand its photocatalytic properdes.The results show that the Ag doping results in a red-shift of the ultra-violet absorption edge and enhancement of photocatalytic properties, The Ag-doped ZnO films,grown with a mole fraction of zinc acetate and silver nitrate being 30:1, display the best photocatalytic property. Its phenol degradation efficiency after 3 h irradiation is 1.47 times of that of the pure ZnO film.
