社会主义核心价值体系的形成是一个历史的过程。社会主义核心价值体系是和谐文化的灵魂、统领和生命线,是建设和谐文化的根本。建设社会主义核心价值体系必须立足于和谐文化建设,和谐文化重在建设,关键在党,重心在宣传教育,着力点在群众的文化生活创新,突破口在消除影响社会的不和谐因素。
The formation of the core socialist value system is a long historical process. The core socialist value system is the soul, command and lifeline of the harmonious culture. The construction of the core value system should be based on the construction of harmonious culture.
