摘要
本文介绍了一种基于MSC1210单片机的多功能智能信号调理器的电路设计。文章分析了系统的工作原理和软硬件实现方案。该调理器前端可接入B、E、J、K等多种热电偶信号,Pt10/100、Cu50等多种热电阻信号。由于加入了串口通信模块,该调理器具备参数在线修改、组网等功能。通过测试表明,该调理器具有精度高、易于调试等优点,是单一型调理器的优良替代品,具有广阔的应用前景。
This paper introduces the hardware design of multi-use smart signal transmitter. It figures out how the transmitter works and gives out both circuit and program solution. The transmitter can transmit the signal from B/E/J/I（ type thermo couple or Pt/Cu type thermo resist. The upper and lower limit of the measurement scale and be changed to meet the requirement. The smart transmitter has a good performance in application.
