摘要
目的:改进X(γ)射线全身放射治疗中的剂量控制方法,减少全身放疗照射剂量误差。材料与方法:全身放疗前,用电离室和半导体剂量仪针对每个患者进行模拟剂量测量,并与实时监测剂量比较,计算照射剂量误差。结果:通过每次全身放疗前的模拟剂量测量,实际照射剂量与模拟测量剂量的误差控制在5%之内。讨论:为了有效控制X(γ)射线全身放射治疗中的照射剂量误差,每次在对患者进行全身放疗前,必须在水等效体模中模拟患者不同监测部位的体厚和实际测量环境,用电离室和半导体剂量仪进行测量。
Odjective: To improve the method of dose control in total body irradiation, and reduce the dose errors in total body irradiation.Method: and materials: before total body irradiation, using the ion chamber and the diode detector, we measure the dose for the patients in the phantom, and compare with the real - time monitor dose and calculate the dose errors.Results: through the dose measurement in the phantom before total body irradiation, we control the errors in 5 %. Conclusion: in order to control the dose errors in total body irradiation, we must simulate the patient's thickness and the measurement environment in the phantom, and measure the dose using the ion chamber and the diode detector.
