Synthesis of 2,2′-benzdioxymethyl dibenzimidazoles under microwave-irradiation

摘要 苯二氧乙酸和邻苯二胺在多聚磷酸(PPA)和盐酸(4mol/L)催化下,用650~850W微波辐射10~15min,合成了3种尚未见报道的2,2′-o-、2,2′-m-和2,2′-p-苯二氧甲基二苯并咪唑,其结构经1HNMR、13CNMR、MS、红外光谱和元素分析确证。 Three compounds of benzdioxymethyldibenzimidazole were synthesized under microwave-irradiation using o- ( m-, p- ) phenylenedioxydiacetic acid and o-phenylene diamine as starting materials in the presence of polyphosphoric acid (PPA) and 4 mol/L hydrochloric acid as the catalyst. The power of microwave irradiation applied was 650- 850 W. The reaction time was 10 - 15 min. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1^HNMR, 13 ^CNMR, MS and elementary analysis. These compounds were reported for the first time.
