摘要
设计了一种微波测距仪故障检测系统,利用PIC单片机技术对微波测距仪的电压、电流及频率信号等进行数据采集和测试,建立了故障案例库,结合PC机实现了对微波测距仪的故障自动诊断。对几种常用的微波测距仪进行了故障检测,结果表明,故障的诊断定位准确可靠。
The fault detection system for a kind of microwave range finders is designed by taking the advangtage of PIC single chip computer, which is used to process acquisition and management of such data as voltage, current and frequency output by the ranger finders. Fault case library is set up and fault detection diagnosis of the range finder is automatically processed with PC. Fault detection experiments were carried out on commonly used several microwave range finders. The results of the experiments show that fault detection system is accurate and reliable.
