摘要
为满足宽幅、高速纸机对成形网设计的高要求,织物工作者在革新编织模式开发新产品的同时,近几年已开始将研究方向转到材料科学上,着力研制能提供更高纤维支撑指数和耐磨性能的新材料。本文介绍了现代造纸成形网在编织模式和材料应用上的最新发展,分析了IWB网和Hispeed网的特点,以及Stabilon等几种新型材料的性能。
In order to meet the higher requirements of forming wire design for wide web and high-speed paper machines, the fabrics workers have diverted their direction in the research onto material science with the focus on higher fiber supporting index and wear resistant property, while they have developed on new weaving patterns and made new product, Latest development of forming fabrics on weave patterns and material used are introduced and the characteristics of integrated warp binder and Hispeed fabrics and the performance of such new materials, such as Stabilon, are analyzed in the paper.
