摘要
目的 探讨CT在胰腺实性假乳头状瘤中的诊断价值和鉴别诊断依据。方法 回顾性分析经手术病理证实的胰腺实性假乳头状瘤10例患者的CT资料，全部患者行CT平扫及增强扫描。结果 CT平扫表现为圆形、类圆形低密度或混杂密度团块影，增强后肿瘤包膜强化明显，动脉期实性部分略有强化，门静脉期明显强化，但仍低于正常胰腺组织，囊性部分无强化。结论 胰腺实性假乳头状瘤的CT表现有一定特征性，综合分析其CT特征并注意其与无功能性胰岛细胞瘤、黏液性囊腺瘤（癌）、浆液性囊腺瘤（癌）、胰腺癌囊变、胰腺假囊肿等进行鉴别，术前一般可做出正确诊断。
Objective To investigate the value of CT in diagnosis and differential diagnosis in solid-psoudopapil]axy tumor of pancreas. Methods Ten cases of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas who were approved by postoperative pathological examination were analyzed rela＇ospoctively. All the patients were examined by CT including scan and enhance. Results Low density site occupancy of pancreas were examined by CT. The envelopes of tumors enhanced distinctly, tumor matters enhanced lightly in period of artery and distinctly in period of pertal vein,but they were still lower than those in normal tissue of pancreas,the parts of vesicae weren＇t enhanced. Conclusions The image of solid-pseudopapillary tumor of pancreas has some characteristics. Aggregate analysis on the image can get a right diagnosis preoperatively.
