文中讨论了价值链战略上的五项基础活动和四项支持活动,以机械制造企业的基础活动运入物流、生产操作、运出物流为核心业务,分析发生事故的原因及其内在的相互关系,最终找出解决的办法。
The article discussed five foundation activity and four support activity in the value chain strategy, take the machine manufacture enterprise＇s foundation activity（imports the logistics, the production operation, ships out the logistics） as the core business, analyse the accident reason and the intrinsic reciprocity, finally discovers the solution.
