摘要
220 kV及以下等级变电站实行无人或少人值守模式运行,苏州500 kV变电站也设立监控中心运行方式的少人值班模式,这对变电站的综合自动化的水平和设备可靠性的要求比较高,但是相对于操作任务繁重和减员增效的原则,目前的综合自动化水平还需要进一步的提高。应运而起的数字化电网技术概念提起和应用探索以及越来越多程序化操作变电站的投运给新技术的革新创造了一个大的环境。着重针对数字化变电站的含义、数字化技术相关设备技术要求I、EC61850通信协议以及徐州供电公司目前应用的RCS9700系统进行了相关的介绍和探讨。
Substafons up to and including 220kV adopt the unattended operation or the operation with a few people, and Suzhou 500kV substation also sets up the operation with a few people as the operating way of monitoring center. Therefore, a higher level of integrated automatization in substation and higher equipment reliability are requested. But relative to the heavy operation tasks and the principle of increasing efficiency by reducing the staff, the present integrated automatization also needs a further enhancement. The proposed digitized grid technology and its application and development, even more and more substations with progammed operation being put into service, has created a big environment for the innovation of the new technology. The emphases are introduced and discussed such as the meanings of digitized substation, the requirements of related digitized technology and equipment, IEC61850 communicatin protocol and the RCS9700 system used in Xuzhou Electric Power Bureau at present.
