摘要
在自动套准控制系统中,通过对印刷套准标记的检测,经过数据传输、计算和各级遥控装置的调整实现必要的校正。对印刷自动套准图象的识别进行了初步的研究。通过对摄取到的实际套准标记图像和标准图像进行比较,输出其角度偏差值和位置偏差值,以此作为自动套准控制系统中时印刷机套准调节的依据,并对一种"米"形套准标记的识别和检测进行了分析。
In the automatic registering control system, the registering mark is detected firstly. The necessary adjustments are carded out through data transmission, calculation and some remote control devices. An image-identified method was studied. Through comparing the image of the sample with the stand- azd one, the angle deviation and position deviation was obtained. According to these deviations, the printing machine was rectified by the automatic registering control system. The identification and test of a registering mark shaped as " *" was analyzed.
