摘要
按正交实验方法,在NaC l晶体质量浓度为60、40、15 kg/m3,温度为42、70、85℃,速度为2.5、2.0、1.5 m/s的9种不同组合工况下研究了烧碱蒸发器1Cr18N i9Ti换热管污垢热阻的特性。结果表明:1Cr18N i9Ti换热管污垢的热阻随时间的延长曲线呈渐近线,且没有明显的诱导期;流速对污垢热阻的影响最大,其次是浓度。通过回归分析,得出了污垢预测模型。
By an orthogonal experiment method,the character of dirtiness resistance in 1CrlSNi9Ti heat exchange pipes inside caustic soda evaporators was studied under 9 kinds of combined conditions which included the mass content of NaC1 crystal was 60,40,15 kg/m^3 ,the temperature was 42,70,85 ℃ ,and the speed was 2.5,2.0,1.5 m/s. The results showed that the curve of dirtiness resistance in 1CrlSNi9Ti heat exchange pipes versus time was an asymptote without obvious induction period, the most significant factor influencing the dirtiness resistance was flow rate followed by concentration. A prediction model for dirtiness resistance was obtained through regression analysis.
