医院文化主要通过对人的整合、导向、凝聚、规范和激励作用,造就人作为生产力主体的精神动力。建立并实施"以人为本"的医院文化管理模式,形成生物、心理、社会三维观念,完成人文精神与医学科技的互补,使员工个人追求与医院目标相一致,达到员工个人与医院共同发展的目标。
Hospital culture creates spiritual motive based on the man as the mainbody of productivity by means of integration, guidance, agglomeration, regulation and motivation. The managerial patterns of hospital culture characterized by people-often-cation should be established with the creation of three-dimensional concept of biology, psychology and society, the mutual comple- mentarity between humanistic spirit and medical science and technology, and the agreement of the personal pursuit of the staff members and hospital goals to achieve the goal of the co-progress of staff members and hospitals.
