摘要
介绍了大豆蛋白纤维和羊绒混纺纱的生产工艺特点,对大豆蛋白纤维及羊绒纤维的纺纱特性、工艺流程及设备选择,重点加工工序的工艺技术和技术措施等作了较为详尽的介绍,并对试生产过程中的主要工艺及质量问题进行了分析,提出了相应的解决措施。
In this paper, it introduces the characteristics of process to produce new textile products, which are soybean protein fiber/cashmere blended yamS. The characteristic property of the yarn, the process flow and equipment selection, the process technology of key procedure are investigated in detail. The principal problems of the process technology and quality control of products involved in trying production are analyzed and studied, and solving measures are proposed in this paper,
