摘要
研究特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)血小板计数(BPC)、巨核细胞计数及形态学分类与中医辨证分型相关性;血小板计数直接用德国Bayer ADIVA—120全自动血球计数仪测定,骨髓穿刺抽取适量骨髓液,巨核细胞计数及形态学分类用瑞氏染液染色后,使用奥林帕斯CX200光学显微镜观察计数并分类,测定了ITP患者120例与正常对照组30例外周血血小板计数(BPC)、巨核细胞计数及形态学分类,分析其与中医辨证分型的关系。结果显示:血小板计数(BPC)、巨核细胞计数及形态学分类在ITP患者血热妄行、气虚不摄、阴虚火旺、瘀血阻络四种证型及正常人之间存在一定的差异,从血小板计数(BPC)和巨核细胞角度证实ITP中医辨证分型的客观性。
To observe the relationship between three aspects which include blood platelet count, gigantic nucleus cell count , morphologic classify and differentiation of cases by Tcm of idiopathic thromboeytopenic purpura（ITP）. Getring the index of blood platelet count , we use Bayer ADIVA - 120 auto - blood cell count instrument. In order to measure gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify, we first take out fit quantity marrow liquid, then use Wright dye fluid to dye the marrow liquid, and at last we could observe gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify by Olympus CX200 optic microscope. To observe 120 ITP cases which involve blood heat and absurd, deficiency and going outway of Qi, deficiency of Yin and flourishing of fire and ecchymosis block blood vessels and 30 normal comparison cases. The conclusion： three aspects which include blood platelet count, gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify, platelet interfix antibody exist definite differences in ITP cases involve blood heat and absurd, deficiency and going outway of Qi, deficiency of Yin and flourishing of fire and ecchymosis block blood vessels and normal persons. The indexes about blood platelet count, gigantic nucleus cell count and morphologic classify could be regarded as reference of objective matter elements of Tcm＇s differentiation ease diagnose.
