摘要
采用过硫酸铵热引发体系、十二烷基苯磺酸钠/聚氧乙烯烷基醚复合乳化体系合成了皮革涂饰剂用有机硅改性丙烯酸酯乳液。讨论了有机硅用量、乳化剂配比及用量、引发剂用量等对乳液合成及性能的影响。结果表明,较佳工艺为:采用预乳化全连续滴定法,有机硅质量分数6%~10%,阴/非离子型乳化剂配比2:1~3:1的复合乳化剂的质量分数2%~3%,引发剂的质量分数0.9%~1.0%。差热分析证明有机硅的引入使聚合物的玻璃化转变温度明显降低。
Using ammonium persulphate as thermal initiatiator, anionic sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and nonionic fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether (AEO) as the compound emulsifier, the silicone-modified polyacrylate emulsion was synthesized. The effects of content of silicone, ratio and content of emulsifier, content of initiator on synthesis and properties of the emulsion were discussed. The results showed the optimum conditions as follows: the contents of silicone, emulsifier and initiator was 6% to 10%, 2% to 3% and 0.9% to 1.0% (based on total monomer mass), respectively. The mass ratio of SDBS and AEO was 2∶1 to 3∶1. Pre-emulsification and whole-continuous titration method were used to prepare polyacrylate emulsion with good performances. Differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) analysis indicated that the glass transition temperature of the polymers decreased clearly.
