摘要 棘皮动物具有极强的再生能力,在进化上和发育上与脊椎动物具有许多相似性,是在器官、组织、细胞和分子水平上研究后口动物再生过程与再生机理的理想模式动物。本文综合该领域的研究现状并结合作者的研究成果,对棘皮动物再生的研究进展进行综述。 Echinoderms, with many developmental sitnilarities with vertebrates, possess remarkble regenerative abilities. And they provide a valuable experimental model in studying the regeneration processes and mechanisms of deuterostome at the organic, tissular, cellular and molecular levels. Based on current international publications and our studies in this field, the research advances in echinoderm regeneration are reviewed.
