摘要 目的介绍黏接式套筒冠可摘义齿的制作方法。制作方法用钴铬钼合金、瓷聚合体和金属黏接剂制作具有多个基牙的套筒冠可摘义齿,先按常规方法完成金属内冠,送门诊试戴合适后戴内冠取模、研磨抛光内冠。制作环状外冠,然后采用黏接方法将环状外冠和金属支架黏接成一整体。结论黏接式套筒冠可摘义齿可提高其适合性及固位能力。 Objective To introduce the method to make telescopic removable denture with ring technique. Methods The bonding telescopic removable denture was made with Co-Cr-Mo alloy. Firstly the conventional inner crown, and then the circularity outer crown was finished and bonded with framework at clinic. Condusion The fitness and retention ability of denture could be improved with the captioned method.
