摘要
基于统计信息与实际测辨数据相结合的电力系统负荷建模思想在实践中可行的路线是以变电站聚类,并从中选择典型变电站安装负荷特性记录装置为核心的方法。在简述传统基于聚类分析的位置选择方法基础上,指出在位置选择中应重视各类负荷的特性差异对位置选择的影响,提出一个以静态指数负荷模型的特征量进行聚类分析的负荷测辨装置位置选择新方法。针对某地区电网的实例分析,表明所提方法的可行性。
The feasible practice of realizing the idea of the combination of statistics-based method and measurement-based method in load modeling lies in that firstly cluster substation types and then typical substations are chosen to install load characteristic recorders. After describing traditional position choice method based on aggregation, this paper proposes that the influence of load characteristic variance should also be paid attention. Then a new aggregation method based on the eigenvector of static exponential load model is proposed in this paper to choose the positions of load characteristic recorders installment. The case study on some certain power grid testifies the feasibility of the proposed method.
