多囊卵巢综合征与肾上腺 被引量:3

摘要 在卵巢与肾上腺之间存在着生理上的直接和间接联系。目前,除了对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)中肾上腺源性雄激素增高的流行病学及遗传学进行了许多研究外,通过对PCOS肾上腺皮质酶功能失调和对肾上腺初现及胰岛素抵抗与肾上腺源性雄激素增高相关性的研究,可以推测PCOS的肾上腺雄激素过多与胰岛素抵抗有关,而胰岛素增敏剂对PCOS肾上腺源性雄激素增高的治疗效果则进一步说明了这个问题。
