摘要
为探讨儿童先天性肛门闭锁合并直肠会阴瘘的临床特点和手术治疗方法，回顾性分析10例患儿的临床资料。提出应尽早施行手术，强调术中注意事项。同时，总结先天性直肠肛门畸形患儿共同存在的排便反射及盆底发育异常等特点，提出加强患儿手术后肛门功能训练，以保证手术质量及排便功能正常。
The clinical data of 10 diseased children with congenital anal atresia complicated with rectoperineal fistula were analized retrospectively in an attempt to study the clinical feature and to improve the surgical method. It is suggested that the surgical operation of fistula-opening longitudinal incision and transverse suture is a better procedure and should be performed earlier,and that the intraoperative key notes for attention should be emphasized. On the basis of summarising the features of defecation reflex and the abnormal development of pelvic floor of these children with congenital anorectal deformity, the importance of postoperative training of anal function is also emphasized.
