摘要
目的:研究出血性大肠杆菌四株菌株的vero细胞毒性,从而筛选出vero细胞毒性强的菌株,为进一步研究vero细胞毒素(VT)提供基础。方法:用超声法破碎菌体,用倒置显微镜观察法检测vero细胞毒性,并用毒素中和试验检测毒素提取液中的vero细胞毒素。结果:国际菌株933和中国流行菌株882364的毒素提取液的vero细胞毒性最强,其毒素提取液的vero细胞毒性可以被VT1抗体和VT2抗体部分中和。结论:在出血性大肠杆菌中国流行菌株中,882364茵株vero细胞毒性最强,并含有多种vero细胞毒素。
Objective: To study on verocytotoxity four strains of Enterohemorrhagic E. coli O157:H7, Method: The ultrasonic was used to crash bacilli. Microscope assay and neutralization test were used to examine verocytotoxity of bacilli lysates, Result: The verocytotoxieity of 933 strain and 882364 strain were the strongest, The veroeytotoxity of bacilli lysates of 933 strain and 882364 strain can be partially neutralized by VT1 antibody and VT2 antibody. Conclusion: The veroeytotoxieity of 882364 strain is the strongest in the native Enterohemorrhagic E. eoli O157:H7 strains, and there are many verocytotoxins in 882364 strain.
