摘要
随着科学技术的飞速发展,以腔内泌尿外科为代表的泌尿外科技术得到迅速发展和广泛应用。回顾历史,泌尿外科技术的发展是在实践、认识,再实践、再认识的过程中不断发展、完善的;但高技术决不是万能的,作为泌尿外科医生,在应用这些技术时必须坚持一切从实际出发,在系统论的指导下不断提高和拓展临床思维,做到全面、客观、真实地认识疾病,真正掌握和应用泌尿外科高新技术,使其更好地为患者服务。
With the rapid development of science and technology, a lot of urologic equipment, apparatus and technology, especially in endourology, are being manufactured, developed soon and being applied widely. However as we look back, we find those are being developing and being consummating ceaselessly with the practice and understand, and practice and understand again and again. It＇s essential for urologist to know the high tech is not omnipotent, to use the high tech from the fact and to advance and develop the clinical thought by the directing of systemic thought. As long as we understand the disease whole, objectively and authentically, to master and apply the high tech in deed, the high urologic tech will be better served for human health.
