摘要
研究比较了三组污泥停留时间对剩余污泥产量的影响。结果表明:延长污泥停留时间可以减少剩余污泥产量。污泥停留时间的延长对CODcr的去除能力没有明显的影响,但使出水NH3-N浓度和TP浓度均升高,通过调整碳氮磷源的比例可以消除这种负面影响,采用延长污泥停留时间来降低污泥量,减少污泥处置费用的方法值得进一步研究。
The influence of sludge residence time(SRT)on excess sludge production is studied by comparing 3 cases.The results show that excess sludge production is decreased by 36.13% when SRT is increased from 7 days to 14 days,and excess sludge production is decreased by 78.04% when SRT is increased from 7 days to 21 days.The prolongation of SRT has no remarkable influence on the removal ability of CODcr,but increases the NH3-N concentration and TP concentration of effluent.This negative impact may be eliminated by adjusting the ratio of C,N and P source.When SRT is 14 days,the preferred ratio of BOD5:N:P is 100:4.4:0.96;when SRT is 21 days,the preferred ratio of BOD5:N:P is 100:4.0:0.9.The prolongation of SRT slightly decreases the settling performance of sludge.The average SVI is respectively 109,102 and 99 when SRT is 21 days,14 days and 7 days.
