摘要
比较了中日两国奶业在畜牧业中的地位,规模化养殖与单产水平,原料奶质量标准,奶类消费4个方面,找出我国奶业发展的差距和问题,进而提出相应的调整策略。
Four main respects of dairy developments in China and Japan, including position of dairy in stockbreeding, scale-breeding and single yield, quality standards of fresh milk and milk consumption, were compared. The differences and problems of China dairy were found out and related strategies were put forward.
