摘要
介绍了一种基于射频卡读写模块AT_RFMOD09的新型射频卡读写器,详细介绍了该读写模块的接口原理及程序设计过程。该读写模块内部完全集成射频电路和高性能的MCU芯片,弥补了传统射频卡电路上的不足。通过本文的研究,为以后射频卡读写器的研制提供了新的思路。
The new-type read-write device for radiofrequency card based on the read-write module is introduced, and its interface principle is also explained detailed as well as the design-process of its program. The radiofrequency card＇s circuit and high-powered MCU chip are integrated into the modular, making up the disadvantage of traditional radiofrequency card＇s circuit. The study of this paper provides a new study idea of read-write device for radiofrequency card.
