摘要
以模块化设计和参数化设计为指导思想,以Visual Basic为编程语言和开发工具,对AutoCAD软件进行二次开发,研制出了界面友好的机械传动CAD系统。该系统包括普通V带传动系统、齿轮传动系统、链传动系统三个子系统。每个系统又包括设计子系统和绘图子系统,分别实现设计和绘图自动化。设计子系统和绘图子系统还能自动连接,实现设计与绘图的一体化。运用该机械传动CAD系统能提高以上几种机械传动装置设计和绘图的质量和效率。
Directed by model design and parameterized design, with the tool of programming language Visual Basic, secondary-developing to AutoCAD, the mechanical transmission CAD system which is with friendly interface of user is developed. This system includes V-belt drive system, gear transmission system, chain drive system. Each system includes design sub-system and drawing sub-system. The two sub-systems can realize the automation design and automation drawing respectively. The two sub-systems also can connect together to realize the integration of design and drawing. This CAD system can improve the design quality and efficiency of mechanical transmission greatly.
