摘要
以带式脱水机纠偏机构的创新设计为例,介绍了TRIZ理论解决产品创新问题的一般过程。说明了如何将实际问题抽象为工程技术参数、利用该原理指导设计过程等应用问题,重点阐述了冲突矩阵在产品创新过程中的具体应用。最后利用RecurDyn对设计结果进行了仿真验证。
The process for solving the innovation design of products based on TRIZ theory was introduced with the example of innovation design for corrective machinery of belt dehydrator. The application problem -how to abstract engineering parameters from practicality and how to ues the inventive principles to direct the design was explained. Application of contradicting matrices among the process of product innovation was emphasized and the redesign was validated through the simulation with RecurDyn software.
