摘要
目的:探讨妇科疾病并糖尿病患者的围手术期处理。方法:分析32例需行妇科手术的糖尿病患者血糖的控制及并发症的预防。结果:32例糖尿病患者手术过程顺利,术中、术后因合理使用胰岛素而血糖控制良好,均安全度过围手术期,无严重并发症发生。结论:对于糖尿病患者,术前较好地控制血糖,术中、术后积极监测及治疗糖尿病,使围手术期的血糖相对稳定,是手术成功及减少术后并发症的关键。
Objective：To discuss the principles of perioperative management of gynecological surgery in diabetic patients. Methods-32 diabetic patients with gynecological surgery were analyzed in controlling blood glucose and prevention complications. Results： Because of using insulin for controlling blood glucose correctly during and after the operations, 32 diabetic patients had passed the operations and perioperation safely. Conclusion： The key of operations being successful and complications being decresed after operation is to control blood glucose before, during and after operation in the perioperative management of gynecological diseases complicated with diabetes mellitus.
