摘要
目的:探讨动态三维超声对胎儿心脏病早期诊断的价值。方法:随机对孕12~20周胎儿采用动态三维超声彩色复制模式,筛查心脏病,主要取四腔心、右室流出道与肺动脉长轴,左室流出道与升主动脉长轴等多切面检查。结果:433例孕12~20周胎儿筛查心脏病中,12例动态三维超声诊断胎儿心脏病,均行治疗性引产,10例病理尸解证实,其中1例心包积液,6例伴多发畸形。2例拒绝尸解。结论:动态三维超声对胎儿心脏病早期诊断具有重要价值。胎儿心脏动态三维超声血流显示更直观形象,有助胎儿心脏病早期诊断。
Objective: To explore the clinical application value of prenatal three - dimensional echocardiography for fetal congenital heart diseases. Methods: 433 fetuses of pregnant women during 12 -20 weeks gestation were randomly and routinely examined the fetal heart four - chamber , fight ventricular outflow and pulmonary long axis, left ventricular outflow and aortic long axis view. Results: 12 cases were found the fetal cardiovascular abnormality by read - time three - dimensional echocardiography and all were induced labor of these , nine cases were fetal CHD and one was pericardial effusion confirmed by autopsy, six cases were companied with other system multiple malformation other two cases were refused to autopsy. Conclusion: Real -time three -dimensional echeeardingraphy has important clinical value for the screening and early diagnosis of prenatal CHD with its direct sonogram.
