摘要
云南省文山州富宁县各甫河流域在深入调研的基础上,有条不紊地开展各项试点建设工作,通过建立山洪灾害防御责任体系、建立开放式监测预警系统等,取得了良好的效果,并对云南省今后的山洪灾害防御工作起到了很好的示范作用。
The pilot project construction has been conducted in Gepuhe River Basin in Funing County of Yunnan Province after a profound investigation, The result shows beneficial after the establishment of mountain flood prevention responsible system and open-type monitoring and warming system. It provides a good demonstration for mountain flood prevention in the future in Yunnan Province,
