摘要
硫沉积是高含硫气藏有别于普通气藏的重要特征。硫沉积不仅影响气井产能,而且会对整个气藏的开发带来很多危害,因此,正确计算和预测不同条件下硫的溶解度具有十分重要的意义。鉴于高含硫气藏中硫沉积实验研究的难度,针对硫的溶解与析出类似于超临界流体中溶质的溶解与萃取过程,利用超临界流体相平衡模型中的压缩气体模型,建立了关联和预测硫溶解度的热力学理论模型。在该模型中,通过拟合回归硫在纯二氧化碳、甲烷和硫化氢气体中溶解度的实验结果,得到了硫与这些气体组分的二元交互作用系数,最后通过实例计算,验证了模型的正确性和可靠性。
Sulfur deposition belongs to the important aspect in gas reservoir with high sulfur content comparing with the common gas reservoir.The sulfur deposition not only impacts on the gas well productivity,but also can harm the gas reservoir development and transportation,so it is the most important to accurately calculate and predict the sulfur solubility.The process of sulfur solubility and deposition is similar to the soluble solubility.A thermodynamic model is built to correlate and predict the sulfur solubility using the compress gas model in super-critical fluid phase equilibrium.By regressing the experimental results on the sulfur solubility in pure carbon dioxide,methane and hydrogen sulfide,the binary interaction factors can be made between the sulfur and gas compositions.Finally,the accuracy and reliability can be made by the actual examples.
