3甲-基吡唑是合成时间分辨荧光免疫分析要求使用的双功能螯合剂的重要有机中间体之一。以甲酸、乙醇、金属钠和水合肼为原料合成了3-甲基吡唑,通过红外光谱、高效液相色谱等对其结构进行了表征,证明了其结构的正确性和合成方法的可行性。
3-Methylpyrazole was an important intermediate in the synthesis of bifunctional chelate for time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay. 3-Methylpyrazole was synthesized based on formic acid, ethanol, metallic sodium and hydrazine hydrate. The product was characterized by IR and HPLC. The results proved the correctness of the product's structure and the feasibility of synthesis with this method.
