摘要
用自行研制的特殊取样系统对工业提升管进行现场取样,将取得的气体、液体、固体催化剂样品进行处理分析,从而得到了工业提升管不同高度位置处的气体组成、液体产品分布、催化剂活性变化规律.通过对这些数据的分析,讨论了提升管下部原料的雾化、汽化、油剂接触问题,分析了提升管中下部的主要裂化反应区以及提升管上部热裂化、二次反应区的反应特点和影响因素.
The gas composition, liquid product distribution and catalyst microactivity in different position of commercial riser were obtained by on line sampling. The atomization and gasification of feedstock at the mix zone of riser, the feature of main reaction zone, and the thermal cracking and secondary reaction at the upper section of riser were discussed by dealing with the analytical results of the samples. The results and conclusions can be applied to reaction termination technology.
