摘要 目的:测定从江柑中微量元素铁的含量。方法:通过正交试验优化组合,得到最佳仪器工作条件,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定微量元素铁。结果:线性范围为0.000-4.000μg/ml,标准曲线相关系数r为0.999 9,特征浓度为0.038μg/ml,检出限为0.022μg/ml,标准偏差SD为0.11%,相对标准偏差RSD为0.38%,回收率为99.50%。结论:方法简便、灵敏度高,结果准确。 Objective:To determinate the contents of the trace iron in Congjiang Citrus.Method:The instrumental parameters were optimized by orthogonal experimental design,the trace iron was determinated by flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).Result:The linearity range was 0.000~4.000 μg/ml,the calibration curve is linear with r=0.999 9,the characteristic concentration was 0.038 μg/ml and the detection limit was 0.022 μg/ml.The average rate of recovery was 99.50% while the standard deviation(SD)and the relative standard deviation(RSD) were 0.11% and 0.38%, respectively.Conclution: The method was simpl, accurate and with a high sensitivity.
