摘要
随着多媒体和网络越来越多地在英语语言教学中应用,其对英语语言教学的影响越来越大。多媒体和网络既可为英语语言教学提供丰富的教学资源,也以注重"以人为本,因材施教"凸显学生的主体地位,弥补了传统教学的一定缺陷。但同时教师人性化教学的失落和多媒体网络课堂海量信息给师生带来的压力过大,也使它存在一定的弊端。
With the increasing application of multimedia and network in English teaching, their influence on English teaching is becoming greater. Multimedia and network can provide rich teaching resources for English teaching and emphasize ＂people- centered＂ teaching in according with the students＇ aptitude, which highlights students＇ main- body status and makes up some flaws of traditional teaching. However, there are some disadvantages because of the loss of humanistic teaching and the stress brought to teachers and students by large amount of information in multimedia network classrooms.
