摘要
论述了加热炉炉管结垢的机理,并考察了几种元素及药剂的灰垢转化性能和它们的油溶性溶液的促燃性能,为解决炼油厂加热炉粘结性灰垢和高温腐蚀问题提出了新的方法。
The fouling mechanisms of the furnace tubes were described and transformation behavior of ash deposit of several elements and chemicals as well as the combustion promotion performance of their oil soluble solution were investigated. The new methods were presented to deal with the cohering ash and high temperature corrosion of furnace tubes.
