摘要
制备了水杨醛谷氨酸合镍修饰碳黑微电极,在JP-303极谱分析仪上研究了多巴胺(DA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为,试验结果表明,在pH7.0的磷酸盐缓冲介质中,多巴胺在该修饰电极上其峰电流增强达3倍之多。产生一灵敏的氧化峰,在0.14V处峰电流与DA浓度在2.0×10^-7~1.0×10^-3mol·L^-1范围内呈线性关系,检出限(3σ)为1.0×10^-7mol·L^-1,应用于盐酸多巴胺注射剂中多巴胺的测定。测定结果的RSD(n=7)值小于3.5%,回收率为96%~103%。
Carbon black microelectrode modified by the coordination complex of nickel (Ⅱ) with N- salicylidene glutamic acid was prepared. Electrochemical behavior of dopamine at this modified microelectrode was studied by using the JP-303 polarograph. It was found that in a phosphate buffer of pH 7. 0, a sensitive oxidation peak was observed at 0. 14 V with 3 times enhanced peak current. Linear relationship was obtained between the peak current and the concentration of dopamine in the range of 2. 0× 10^-7 -1.0× 10^-3mol · L^-1 , with a detection limit (3s) of 1.0 × 10^-7 mol · L^-1. The proposed method was applied to the determination of dopamine in samples of dopamine hydrochloride injection, giving values of RSD's (n= 7) less than 3. 5%, and recoveries in the range of 96%-103%.
