摘要
通过对常州轻院部分学生赛前准备活动情况的调查和分析发现,学生对赛前准备活动的作用缺乏理性认识,准备活动的合理性比较欠缺。从而导致运动成绩得不到正常发挥,有的甚至造成运动损伤。让学生充分了解赛前准备活动的作用,督促学生进行合理的准备活动,是学校体育教学过程中应重视的一个环节。
According to the investigation and analysis of the overall situation about students' before-competition activities Changzhou Institute of Light Industry Technology, we find that students are short of rational recognition toward the function before-competition activities and the reason- ableness of before-competition activities are not as good as that expected. As a result, final repots couldn't reach the normal level, even sometimes leading to sports injuries. In fact, in the process of physical education, professors should pay great attention to fulfill students' knowledge about the function of before-competition activities and urge students to do that in a rational way.
