摘要
重质渣油催化裂化的主要问题之一是镍含量高。通过渣油热转化反应与溶剂脱沥青相结合得到含镍微量的催化裂化原料。考察热转化反应过程中镍分布的变化,卟啉镍与非卟啉镍的脱除规律。
The thermal conversion of Liaohe vacuum residue combined with solvent deasphalting of the cracked residue for Preparing low nickel FCC feedstock were studied. The results showed that a large part of nickel compounds in n-pentane soluble fractions can be removed. The nickel variations in the thermal reaction course were investigated. It has been found that the removal rate of the weakly polar nickel compounds is higher than that of nickel prophyrins and strongly polar nickel compounds.
