摘要
在应激状态,细胞快速合成一组新的蛋白质,称为热休克蛋白。研究表明,骨骼肌含有多种热休克蛋白。热休克蛋白随肌纤维类型不同而有不同的表达,表明热休克蛋白表达具有肌纤维类型特异性。骨骼肌疾病和运动都能诱导热休克蛋白表达增强,然而热休克蛋白在骨骼肌内的诱导、调节的分子机制和它在维持骨骼肌功能方面的作用还没有被完全理解。对骨骼肌热休克蛋白在生理和病理情况下的改变进行综述。
In response to stress, cells rapidly produce a series of new proteins known as heat shock proteins (HSPs). It is known that different HSPs are expressed in skeletal muscles. It seems that the induction of HSPs differs with muscle fiber types, which shows that HSPs expressions depend on specific muscle fiber types. HSPs have been shown to respond in muscle diseases and following exercises. However, the molecular mechanisms of HSPs induction, regulation and its role in maintaining the muscle function are not completely understood. This review discusses the significance of changes of HSPs in skeletal muscles in both physiological and pathological conditions.
