摘要
从公共财政角度分析了公共财政平台建设、分级财政、以及公立医疗机构管办分离改革等方面对公共卫生与医疗的伙伴关系建设的影响,并提出推进伙伴关系建设的关联财政制度设计。
It is vitally important to fostering the partnership between public health and medicine. From the public finance perspective, this paper explores the related effects of enough public finance support, tiered finance, and management operation separation reform of public hospital. Linked finance is suggested as an essential institutional instrument for forging a close partnership between public health and medicine
