摘要 介绍了一种基于流媒体技术的智能视频监视系统。该系统针对安全防范需求,采用流媒体技术,保证了视频流的实时传输和流畅播放,同时采用模板匹配结合运动检测判断出异常情况可能发生的区域和位置,并逐一进行匹配,判断出异常情况的类别。系统实施在安徽铜陵铜都铜材厂,满足了厂房的安防需求,提高了工厂的生产效益,节约了人力资源。软件设计具有良好的扩展性和伸缩性,市场前景广阔。 An intelligent video monitoring system based on stream media technique is introduced. Aiming at the requirements of the security precaution, the technology of stream media is adopted in the system to ensure real-time transmission and smoothly playing of video stream. In addition, the cyclostyle matching is combined with motion detection to estimate the area and location where the abnormd events are likely to take place, then match these abnormities one by one, and judge the sort about these abnormities at last. This system has been operated in Anhui Tongling Tongdu Copper Products Co. , Ltd. , it fulfills the demand of security and precautions of the plant, increases enterprise's productive benefits , helps the company save the human resource as well. The design of system software brings good elasticity and expandability, it can be well demonstrated and have an expansive market foreground.
