摘要
目的了解整合素α2和α3在小鼠肾脏发生发育过程中的表达规律及其与肾脏发生、发育及成熟的关系。方法应用免疫组化链霉菌素亲和生物素—过氧化物酶连接法(SP)测定不同胚龄及生后日龄小鼠肾组织中整合素α2和α3的表达。结果免疫组化结果显示整合素α2在生肾区及间充质表达;在未成熟肾小球有一过性的表达,在成熟肾小球没有表达;在发育各个时期的肾小管都有表达。整合素α3在肾小球、肾小管有表达,而在肾间质无表达。结论整合素α2主要在发育各个时期的肾小管表达,提示整合素α2对胚胎肾发育的诱导主要在肾小管。整合素α3在胚胎时期和成熟肾组织的主要作用是与肾小球的发育和成熟有关,而与小管发育成熟的关系相对来说较弱。
Objective To detect whether intergrin α2 and α3 are expressed in the mouse's kidney growth and its changes associated with maturation. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to observe the expressions of intergrin α2 and α3 in embroyos and neonate mouse kidneys. Results Immunohistochemistry results showed that intergrin α2 was expressed in nephrogenic zone and mesenchymal tissue, The expression of intergrin α2 was transient in immature glomeruli, but there was no expression of it in mature glomeruli. The expression of intergrin α2 was obvious in tubules during nephrogenesis. Intergrin α3 was expressed in glomeruli and tubules, but not in interstitial tissue. Conclusions Intergrin α2 was mainly expressed in the tubules of developing renal, which suggested that intergrin α2 might play an important role in the tubule maturation. Intergrin α3 was mainly expressed in the renal capsule, which suggested that intergrin α3 might play an important role in renal glomeruli and its maturation.
