青海共和盆地水资源承载能力研究

Researches on water resources carrying capacity in the Gonghe Basin of Qinghai Province

摘要 采用最大可承载人口量方法,根据水资源可利用量和未来人均需水量,比较不同水平年青海共和盆地水资源最大可承载人口数量、现状人口数量和预测值之间的关系,得出水资源承载能力的判断指标。研究表明,在平水年按照温饱型标准,共和盆地水资源可承载人口为24万人,高于现在人口数;按小康和富裕标准计算,均出现超载人口。 The Gonghe Basin is a focal area of desertification control with desertification expending.The social,economic and eco-restoration water use in the Gonghe Basin must be controlled under its water carrying capacity(WCC).The analytical method of the maximum population of carrying capacity is employed to calculate the local WCC based on the amount of water resources development,social structure and living standards,and the WCC is compared with the population in the programmed year.The results shows that the population carrying capacity reaches 240000 under the living standards of a decent-life during the average year of rainfall,which exceeds the present population,with the living standards of a fairly comfortable life and well-off society,there is overloading population. A model of the sustainable water resources development is also put forward.
