摘要
对预充气体和近真空的管道充填过程进行了研究,考虑流体可压缩性和管壁的弹性,以统一的方程形式处理液体和气体的流动;采用带插值的特征线有限差分方法进行数值计算,较好地描述了充填过程中的瞬变特性和水击现象。
This artical presents an analytical model and numerical results on priming process offeedlines nearly evacuated and prepressurized with inert gas. The priming process is described as one-dimenional fluid transient governed hy uniform distributed-parameter-model equations. Fuidcompressibility and piping flexibility are both accounted for. The numerical simulation employsmethod of characteristics with interpolation,which is specially suitable for such a complex system. Thephenomena of surge wave, line filling and surge attenuation are all demonstrated significantyl. Theanalysis shows that initial line pressure, polytropic exponent and frictional coefficient all have vitaleffects on surge pressure.
