黄芪参附对低位中枢神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察黄芪注射液和参附注射液对低位中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的影响。方法:记录蟾蜍坐骨神经干动作电位和腓肠肌收缩曲线,测定低位运动中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌出现疲劳的时间。结果:与对照组比较,黄芪组和参附组低位中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的时间均明显延长(P<0.05);黄芪组和参附组对中枢的抗疲劳作用差异无显著性(P>0.05);而与黄芪组比较,参附组神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳时间延长,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:黄芪注射液和参附注射液具有抗低位中枢、神经-肌接头和骨骼肌疲劳的作用。 Objective :To study the effects of astragalus membranacens injection and shenfu injection on fatigue in lower nerve center, neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle.Methods:By recording the action potential of sciatic nerve trunk and the contractive curve of gastrocnemius muscle, and measuring the time of fatigue in lower nerve centre,neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle.Resuits:In both the astragalus membranacens group and the shenfu group,the time of fatigue in nerve center,neuromuscular junction and muscle was increased, and the differences were significant compared with the control group(P〈0.05). There were no obvious differences in nerve center between the astragalus membranacens group and the shenfu group(P〉0.05). The time of fatigue of the shenfu group in neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle was longer than that of the astragalus membranacens group, and the differences were significant(P〈 0.05). Conclusion: Both the astragalus membranacens injection and the shenfu injection could apparently resist the fatigue in nerve center,neuromuscular junction and skeletal muscle.
