摘要
从集群的概念和构成要素出发,认为集群竞争优势的实质是"联系和集聚"所产生"协同效应"的最大化。而随着"联系"的加强,将有可能产生集群的老化和风险。集群组织虚拟化是基于组织角度解决集群风险的一个有效途径。研究了传统产业集群中组织虚拟化的必要性和可行性,提出了将虚拟组织引入到传统产业集群的相应措施。
Based on the concept and factors of the industrial cluster,the author proposes the nature of cluster＇s competitive advantage is to achieve the maximum of the cluster＇s synergistic effect with association and clustering.In pace with steady strengthen of association,the cluster＇s ageing and risk will happened.From the organizational point of view,the cluster organizational virtualization will make greater contributions to solve the cluster＇s risk.This paper researches not only the possibility and necessity of organization virtualization in traditional industry cluster,but also how to apply virtual organization in it.
