摘要
介绍引进的高准确度表压和绝压测量系统,以气体活塞式压力计为主并由四部分组成。该系统应用各种压力命名间的关系,使用气体工作介质,严格控制环境条件,修正某些关键因素,例如重力加速度等,采用完全真空法,能检定或综合考核气压参数测试仪、压力传感器和数字压力计。在(2~2700)kPa压力范围内,不确定度为0.02%。
A high accurate measuring system of gauge/absolute pressure is introduced, which is based on air-piston pressure gauge and consisted of four main parts. The system use relationship between different pressure definitions, by using gas working medium, strict controlling environment condition, correcting some key factors such as acceleration of gravity etc, it can calibrate or qualify integreted barometric parameter measurement instrument, pressure transducer and digital pressure gauges, with the completed vaccum method. The uncertainty of measurement is 0.02% in the pressure range from 2 to 2700 kPa.
